R.B. Hamilton 1965 Zonotrichia leucophrys Aug. 3 Cape Thompson - Six white-crowned sparrows were observed in the small willows along the creek. They were generally seen perching near the top of a willow 3-9 ft tall. The birds were all immature. Aug. 5 Two of this species were observed among the willows near the camp. Aug. 7 Six White-Crowned sparrows were observed among the willows along the creek.
