Several minatures noted with one adult. May 19 - Northern part of Baland Passage. Seen all along route - most numerous in Ice Strait. White flank patches conspicuous. May 31 Dutch Harbor Amaknak Is. Unalaska Bay, Unalaska Is., Alaska. Quite common around the low rocks at the edge of Shore. More without the white flabuk patch than with. Saw a pair on Summer's Lake, which is partially fresh. July Sevoonga, St. Laurence Is., Bering Sea, Alaska. Quite Common here - generally seen flying a couple of hundred yards off shore or near their nests in the sea cliffs. on along these sea cliffs a dozen
