614 Gilmore Lemmus O 1931 June 11, 1931 Nulalakleet, Norton Sl., Alaska Said to occur in mountains tho reports as to numbers vary from "rare" to "common". Iqjara, Point Hope, Alaska, Arctic Ocean Fig 1. Specimen No. 1805 was brought to me by a couple of Eskimo kids while I was at the reindeer camp. They had caught it at the edge of the tundra so bordering on the sands of the beach very close to the row of tents. It is the only one I have seen so far & the Watrous' say they are common, & have "natural" boys & traps on the watch. None have been caught here at the village. No. 1805 had 4 pair of teats (inmugmal, 1 lower abdominal, 1 upper Thoracic & 1 axillary).
