584 Gilmore Gulo (2) 1931 and as far as he knows or has heard during his 24 years in the country, only one has ever been taken on Glomiah Is. When hungry they will enter shacks and shanties looking for food and will raise hell with any fun they find, tearing it all to pieces. Olsen [illegible] says he knows of a wolverine entering a house of his thru a broken out window pane at least 6' from the floor, and accomplishing the feat without breaking the other panes in the same window. When very hungry, they will attack porcupine but often come out proud best in the extremiter. He states that wolverine are com- mon on the Kamchatka Peninsula in Siberia where he stayed from 1904-7.
