He feels confident that they will live and flourish, tho there may be some danger of the streams & ponds freezing solid in winter. Aug. 26. Kotzebue, Kotzebue Sd., Alaska Hundreds of mink come into the trading stores from the Noatak, Kobuk, and Selawik Rivers. A good prime W. 1 skin brings 10-15. Sept. 15 Unalaska, Unalaska, Alaska, Aleutian Is. According to Albert Olson, mink are found on the end of the Alaska Peninsula but are not very common. Perhaps they even extend to Unmak Is.
