PRB. 4-28-29 Leptosilon canadense, Bth, p 394. PRST. St Davids but perhaps 4-29-29 St. George. Plant leucite, involucres actually mostly glabrous. Heads much like L. piceilum not at all like L. linifolium X 5-4-29 "Astra Lindheimeri" Engelm v Huey labeled 1 Augi Stx. BM G C PT 54. Ptlabs white, tinged pink, calyx pink at anthesis. Ptlals vate, clewed. L f pubescence not really apparent.
