Calyx ren-cate without short points (see BMjC.P) albis (see B & W p.) gap splitting in fr. Lobes corolla valvate in bud. Pedicels articulate with st. Stigma Capitate. 4-28-29 Arnicemia nitida Jacq. p320 FL St Davids Do. bet Chmel Wharf & East End Wharf. (1st fls) seem tho many tube seen Oricles 4, pendant from top) central placenta. Corolla thick w film, tube globose but lobes minutely hairy outside & inside. Lobes not exactly entire. FL fragrant. Flaccile 4-27-29 Capsicola Dactylon, Kuntze p36. BMjC.P. 116. FL Noreval Do. Lvs sparsely hairy to b sides exp forwards base. Pedicels of spikes hairy at very base giving effect of little tuft of hairs at top of spike (20x) 4-29-29 Cassia leguminosa L. p 171 Mrs Hunters Lf v fr. FL reported "yellow" looked shrubby but prob not more than 5 ft high. Petiole trifacis 4 in overall, narrowly & deeply grooved on upper side & buried in groove, otherwise glabrous. Petiolo enlarged at base. Gland or pitile 1 in below lowest pair of lvs & 2in above base of pet. Flaced seated in groove, 4in high, green at base, then yellow & dark red black at tips. Lfts 6-7 pair, the lowest 1 in long the upper 2 in long all 3in wide
