(N.B. this is evidently not C. bella. Remind us work of BM, IC P. 783 Deans has 4 stamens) Grown in perfusion at base of date palms. No woods have seen but itaine it is not really climbing. Hairs and removed printing hrs 1/2 x 1/4 in. not sharp at apex & usually cordate at base. Firme, shining above, hairs on veins beneath seen only. White 3/8-7/8in. pubesulent. Flore raceme. Let # be cross section of peduncle. Lowerst fl is not on side 1 with the pedicle suffluded by 3 tiny bracts v one similar bract on side 3. The next fl is but 1/4in high on side 2 at this suffluded by 3 bracts on each opposite. The next fl is on side 1 again the next on side 2 all bent so as to give a generally one-sided effect. Drifts, sometimes compounded at tip by having a flowering stem issue from the axil of the single bract of p.a.fl. Corolla glandular pubescent on outside Tube 1in long enlarged toward throat, narrow? slightly angled on top at bottom there! Cross section of peduncle shows the two upper stifle larger than flower
