6-16-34 Stem 2oim high, with a small leaf at top middle vs full size one about 3/4 way to base. Other leaves almost at base. As I needed this auto from base, then almost glabrous until near the infl (blotter in?). + starry br- centres (glands almost none). Lower edge near edges or mid-rib beneath. Elsewhere almost glaber. Heads 13, invol 7mm high. Achenes 1.5 mm long. bracts seem to project forth like tip. Pappus almost white when seen alone but dull of heads Cepais bennis. 6-16-34 Coeltrichie palustris.(See t-22 and 5-25-34) Fle fr. Bouveret Plage (in water). Most flowers of the usual broad floating shape but a very few are found linear (7mm x 1mm), notched at end as in apovena SVI = C. vernalis Kirby Cat II. 88. Fr seems beaked rather than winged but fr is circular mouthline 1.5 x 1.5mm. 6-16-34 Potamogeton pectinatus L. Cat III 418; Bon 314, BvH 444, Dyc, SVI 32 F lo fr. Bouveret Plage (in water) Plant very like ill but. Low filiform, with open sheathing at pulses at base, also tips projecting in 2 and 1 cars at top. F2 (perhaps not ripe?) 8mm long. Cut line junior edge not as straight as ill (Cate) is bulged outward towards top, and stigma not so lateral as ill (Cate). Embryo spirally incurved.
