Peduncle to 5mm long.
6-2-34 Loncera prolifera Relh (Tenin cultus L. flava but not L. flava Sims) BMJ CP 726 = L. Sullivantii Gray #756. FL Cult. Val-Mont in circular rockery at south corner house. St glabra. Ivs oblong-ovata, dark but glaucous; the upper pair very glaucous; beneath gray green and very softly hairy. Ivs all rounded at tips apiculate. Lower Iv's sessile, the 2 or 3 upper pairs increasingly can't. The uppermost form a concave disk 8x6cm, very slightly crenate at bases of ivs, rounded but apiculate at tips. Infl. Terminal on peduncle 1 cm long consisting of 3 whorls of 6 flo each. Corolla soft yellow, 2-lipped. Tute 13-14mm with limb 13-12 mm. Tube slender, very slightly yellow at base, very slightly hairy outside. Tube inside decidedly long hairs. Style slightly hairy as are filaments near their bases. Ovaries glabrous, glaucous. Beasts triangular, very small. Tracles of purple on inside of corolla barely visible to naked eye.
