Sp. Jamaan slope across from station vpt towards
kernell end and also on path around the west
side of Devil's Jamaan (See 8-28-31) Note that when
growing this is distinguishable by its different effect
of stipe and pinnae. The frond looks, it seems though,
someone had pulled his hand upon it some-
what crushing the pinnae together or slanting
them upwards.
8-6-34? Pringuicula alpina L (See 7-5-34) Fr Jamaan
north in near vicinity of Arenaria ciliata L. (b). Place
similar to place in which P. alpina found on Rote
de Naye. Conf with fr of P. vulgariae from Cir. Tracullon.
(a) Calyx 3mm; capsule 6mm flattened v beak-like
at tip (see SVKI 624.
(b) Calyx 3mm; capsule 8mm somewhat narrow-
ed in the middle, the forward part rather less
narrow than the lower part but not as flat and
beak-like as (a).
P. vulgariae has calyx 4-5mm and capsule about
2mm longer. These capsules now delving so shape
not easily conf with ? P. alpina but effect seems to
be less elongated v beak-like
