7-31-30 Salix
Same as A 6/19 roflr fr. Young twigs pubescent but hardly reddish. Largest lf 3¼ x 1¾ in, pedicel ½ in.
Typical form is elliptic but slightly wider above middle, rather abruptly narrowed to acute apex or gradually narrowed to a rounded base. Leaves glossy dark green somewhat shining above, thin glaucous beneath, with low rounded almost reg., gland tipped teeth all around. Petiole petiolule pubescent above. The few very small (1 mm long) stipules that remain are withered dry. If disc abrs is on upper half of twigs; tho on lower half smaller, more nearly lanceolate & roundly acute at base.
