sides parallel (if this is what is meant A. and BvB)
Low pubescent lob sides, margins almost revolute.
Capsule longiale more or less celesta & dark
near apex a few dark spots which seem to be
tuberculate tracheo hairs (See 7-25 and 8-13 and
8-19-29) Could this be E. arctica Lange A 483 and
BvB # 217? if not E. Randsii. Robinson & decumbent
very close offering a bit. [7-10-37 River near Dump Pond
R.B.R. inclined to think this E. arctica Lange
