906 6-20-37 Ramunculus. Fl. Left side Robinson's Bk near end (formerly to ford now to bridge) in almost stagnant water under & little bridge. Same as # 476 of 8-10-30 which M.F. calls R. Grmelini DC. See Rhodora Oct. 1931. R.B.K., unguided, would have thought it P. Persicli, Richards G 395, 130 BII/105. Fl 8-10 mndiem. Petala yellow, 4 or 5, hardly longer than the very yellowish apex. Petals 5x3½ mm with cup-like scale at base, 1+ by 1 mm (hence looking disproportionately large). Achenes (in early fl) almost 1¾ mm of which more than ½ length is slender tips. 6-20-37 Galium labradoricum Wiegand G 750, B0 BIII 264 Fl. (Found in moss about Saracenia purpurea, brought by Elsie Cozhe from about 4 miles up the Barado) reflexed 4 in high, lvs in 4s, linear, obseuse, 7 x ±1½ mm, oak rowson margin & mid-rib. Corolla white, 4 lobed, 2 - 2½ mm shortest meses. Very like all v desc except that at (20x) is very slightly scabrous (if that is an object- ion. See keys)
