Collected because the young lo's had the downy reddish look Q C 6-34-30. The large stipules are glandular at base as in A v lo's like it. Young twigs reddish but pubescent only above of axils. This v S bring up question whether the A series v the F series above are all the same age. 472 8-10-30 Glyceria borealis Betelholde & 160 = Tamenularia — Nash BvB 266 Marsh east side PP. x't. bank Basallic Blk. Spikelets 12-14 mm the axilum ones def. pub- sceled but the ones along base clean w/ pedicels Q 3mm or much less. Lemmas 3.5-4mm, equal to palea. lvs 4mm wide, usually flat. Branchlets (in early fl.) all appressed and many spikelets bear upper florets fallen (the rachis dissecti- culating evidently quotate each flt) or that only glume no 1 or 2 forces flts left.
