abrupt v base more broadly rounded than F. 454 = 241 8-10-30 Salix Same as J 6-5-30. L f like BF, BG F?, D?x 7/24 and EF 7/31. Twigs light green, luteous. L f with only few white hairs beneath but so very glaucous it looks pubescent to eye. Bally infested with gruf that curls edges off. 455 = 242 8-10-30 Salix Same as K 6-7-30 Char. DA. (L f has some medicine which frees itself into dark spots) 456 = 243 8-10-30 Salix L D? 6-7-30 Char. F. 457 = 244 8-10-30 Salix M D? 6-7-30 Char DA. 458 probably = 245 8-10-30 Salix Prob N D? 6-7-30 Char F except that tip of green twigs are densely white pubescent as are upper sides of petioles? D younger so to stipules.
