(See 8/9/27) Note that like 1929 spce. this dif from desc: a) all pedicels except the very lowest are longer than bracts and b) pod projects beyond calyx tube. 437 7-31-30 ? Pyrola elliptica Nutt L&J 629 BV B# 669 FL Romaine Blk with Omorhiza obtusa Fernald. Lvs are certainly thin, dull, longer than slightly margi- ed petioles & have little folded teeth. Calyx lobes orate Dular wd tips slightly spreading (but not like P. americana). Scape somewhat augu- lar nked except for small htd near base and another near top. But anther sacs (rather dry, un dated 7/6) seem pointed enough to be micronate. 7-31-30 Listera auriculata Weigand (See 6-27-30) auripe fr wd very auther'd flo.
