- Morning. BoBI 576. Unisetae. Common at F. le P. Cabin 7-26-29 Deschampsia Cespitosa Beauv. G146, BoBI 215 Fl. Edge Harry's Rkt at F. le P. Cabin. Normally involute (some flat) but not at all as finely reflexed as D. flexuosa (7-19-29). Spikelets in this as in D. f., a silvery mauve very beautiful in sunshine. Pedong. ed racillula very evident. 7-26-29 Poa triflora Gilit G 156, BoBI 256 Fl. Common around F. le P. Cabin. # 57 7-26-29 Poa Fl. Bed. F. le Plain Cabin v Siphlen Campbelli, woods path. [R.B.N. thought this v the following might be P. debilis Torr G 157, BoBI 255 but M.L. Fernald 10-8-29 says "Now separated as P. saluensis. 7-27-29? Poa debilis Torr G 157, BoBI 255 (same as #57) Fl. Somewhere along Trout Rd. Very weak, slender. Floret 5mm (not 3-4mm.) 0.5 to 3mm wide (not 2mm.) (See G) but lemmas quite naked except for sparse webbing at base, so this is only possibility
