7-25-29 ?? Festuca rubra L. G161, BoBI 238 Fls Harry's Blk bet F. le P. Cabin v Capt. Campbells. Seems surely F., and if so, no other possibility. Culms solitary from glabrous creeping rootstock, to 2 1/2 ft high. Basal leaves narrow folded rather than involute. St. lvs about 4 in long less than 1/8 in wide, flat, strongly ridged above. Suff. glaucous light green. Flt about 10 mm long, lemma about 6 mm with awn 1 1/2-2 mm additional.
