4-1-32 Astragalus battiscanensis Kuntze 105, Bes 133, Bon
82, Cate I 365 From Mrs. Kennedy from Valdemora.
(only upper part of plant) Stipules enveloping with
broad bases very fine acuminate tips, the lowest
pair joined at base on side of pulfs but the 3 pairs
above show by their edges that they have never been
joined. Lfto 21, oval, the largest 16x9mm, sometimes
dry slightly notched sometimes slightly apiculate
(whether notched or not) but effect is entire, glabrous
above, with appressed white hairs beneath. Ped.
uncles nearly infless than 1/2 as long as of (this
part to bifur.) Fls N-13 pale greenish yellow (might
be called "bleue jaune" Cote) 9mm long. Diff from
desc? (3-6-31) in having no pink in standard, no
purple on (this part) of st. Library very oily pubescent.

Seems same as 4-20-32? Looks not V. hulea as calyx
regular lower with 2 pair of candelate flowers under
upper's pulfs.
