Exactly nodose, except that the lower corolla are not "closed" but flatly rotate thro' at the base (where the median armment emitted ") the corolla partly closes over the young fr. The tubercles in axils of lvs (as collected) at top of stem. Racemes to 5 in long. Each pedicel less subtended by subulate bract about ½ as long as pedicel.
