This is the myrmecio, Atriplex, but A. found along train track in prof. usion by wall phone v not the upright mealy Q. found at Arend not yet in fl (pres) A. rosea). Sts stiff & hard (seem woody) and almost round (not like as in A.rosea 1/2 smaller than in A.rosea v veins not showing plainly as in A.rosea. Cuttings far much as in ill (Bon) but often more deeply sinuate- dentate, not like ill(Cate). Fls then much as in ill(Bon) but well lateral lobes dentate. Diff from ill cutains that base v middle lobe are usually with straight lines on sides & fr usually as high as broad) no tubercles or valvae.
