limentos. Fls definitely pendant all 5-merous,
greenish stem with slight pinkish purplish
tinge (in fine lines). Lower bracts reach beyond
lips of calyx & all longer than pedicels. This makes it
very difficult to follow Bats description.

Fl. Establimnts. This seems same as col but
not ident. in Bellde May 1932. Head large
6 cm diams, densely multiflore Pedicels
pale purplish, the central mos to 2 1/2 cm, the
exterior ones slender reflexed (but prob only
because these flrs not yet open). Perianths bell
shaped, its divisions oval, rounded at top, the
outer ones a def dull purple with an almost
green stripe down back which is def-
suberulate
