This is plain to naked eye and obvious even in the remains of fleecy sheath base & stem of capsule. Capsule 5mm high x broader, 3-lobed with a slight ridge in the depress- ion bet. the lobes, and a slight linear depres- sion down the back of tubercular roundened back of each lobe. Seed smooth, almost globular about 3½ mm diam, slightly pointed at top, of a brownish-yellowish-white color which might be called ashly (?) in a narrow brown line on one side from base to tip. Caruncle not formed (perh not conspicuous). If in Bar v Bor and if not E. succensis BUT 438 can be only E. paralias L.
