Transcription
'Diff much like El Fraca acoparea L. Costa. #1573. Turns from to run parallel to ridge & down. Only 1 plant seen. Not not collected. St. Amikel, stiffly erect, Ariate. No blossom remaining but st. bud evidently been fly white length too many, alt. petioled (judged by scars) 1 petiole (1 cm long) remaining, at 6 in below top, & at 4 alt., stiffly erect branches 6 in long springing from near same point (i.e. 2 cm bet lowest & highest). These branches terminal portion st. form 5 tightly fld st. racemes. Pedicels broadest 1/4 mm thick. Capsule superior, evidently ? 3 cells (sometimes 2), perhaps of 3 carpels partly joined (looks as Delphium elatunm Costa I so might look if carpels united to near top) opening along suture or inside top. (Pers. capsules only partially divide into cells). Capsules 5 mm high & when opened equally broad, yellowish, soft rather spongy texture (not smooth like but yet smooth & stick). 1-22-31 Lamium amphileoule L. (see 2-13-30) Costa # 10 74700.
