Fr. Genus. Infl. elongated (to 5 in) & narrow. Fruiting
pedicels ±1 cm in two groups at several lt. sides
& at in axil of small lvs (or bracts). These groups
consist usually of 1 ample pedicel & 2 or more
terminating a very short branch. Repro fr. enclosed
in withering floral parts, lvs 5-15 mm long x ±1.5
mm wide, acute, edges not at all revolute &? Franckia?

the sensile stigma (½-1 mm from top of pod to top of stigma)

Starrds in branches from top of root to 6 in high
with remains of old lvs on lower part; the
upper part bearing lvs close together but
not in rosette. Lvs gray-green, spatulate,
the largest 2 in long inc petiole x 3/4 in wide,
margin with narrow white cartilagenous
