except that a few hair deeper sinuate incistations
Toward top. No lvs at all like ill C. taraxacifl.
Thwill BK# 596 or Crep II 4+2. Lvs glabrous
except for stiffish ciliation on edges & traces
d tomentum at base of petiole. Petioles
purple-lilac. St 6 in high (because of lvs near
base) probably will be higher, naked except
for bracts subtending branches of infl.,
more or less tomentose. Symd 1 cm high
not spreading.

Ray flo yellow with 5 def teeth, each forming
a minute lobe. Stigmas slightly greenish-
yellow. Rhene 1 mm high contracted at

long beaks. Pappus silvery white, very delicate,
slightly toothed (pars in several sries) Corolla
tube slightly inflated. But see Kut II 579 fndesc.
