Quebec June 4 1908 Thursday The Davoz arrived last night. Called to see the steamer and found it a small gray steamer very poorly built. The Captain is a Mr. Belanger. Found him a stocky man with a fine face, about 40 years of age. He then introduced me to the head book keeper for Oronier who had left the island via Halifax and will get back by the Davoz his name is Leon Laeroux "Chief Book keeper" Dr. Schmidt offered me any part or all this collection at the Island as a gift.
