Ellis Bay Friday June 26
Started out for the root shore and junction cliff (= near Strawberry Cove) at 7 A.M.
As we got around Cope stry or there we came to Strawberry Cove through a low cliff at the top of which are the domes of corals described by Richardson in C. II.2. The main coral is Halysites, not Farosites, Rhinathrona and the huge step- telasma. Above these small reef domes there are undulating. Of the deep then there are not many.
In less than a mile further we begin to see along the beach the Anostrophis of zone C 3. Look once at junction cliff but before we get there my old trouble is upon.
