Away time or at the end of the Grand Series. It is very probable that there are no Devonian strata other than the Lower Devonian (even if there) in the Ctequids. The Ctequids once again rejuvenated just before Pennsylvanian time and again towards the close of this period. Probably again just before Triassic time. Rogersville and what rocks were near Barnaby River, N. B. Lie nearly horizontal. Are they Coal Measures? The roofs are still horizontal at Newcastle. A light yellowish, perhaps a sandstone, rock.
