Dolphin - Daupherty, Olla, Wednesday March 29 1922 Started at 8pm Dolphin at 8 A.M. and set to Cress locality number 5 on branch of Rock Creek, one mile north of Daupherty, at 9:30. Again started in just below the Randolph chert at the top of the Bois d'Arc. Here as before are very common large stroms of Mariaeimus and within the common fossils are Spirifer cygneterus, S. sculptilis, Meristella atoka, Conotheca cinerea, A. reticularis, Anastrophia and Dalmanites. The Bois d'Arc is fairly Cress as far as thick. It has considerable chert thick weathering. In the lower half fossils are far more common and here many Spirifer sculptilis are present also with Lepy, Chondidoli, Meristella atoka, the large Pholidomella and many of the agglutinate Creynans fossils. Also Billings criculus. All of the Bois d'Arc in Creynanus and not from the younger beds.
