Wea. WED. AUG. 4, 1909 Ther. Clear area on Middle Cambrian here, and ascending from one to the Minisquari syncline. Mallett is at the road side of the first second and this house on W. side of road near of road metal quarry. At his this house maybe the best place to measure the middle of the Parka slate This syncline pitches once to the north. This syncline shows that the Up.C is folded once down in the south and is the probable cause for the wide exposure of the Highgate, and not a greater thickness.
