Wednesday August 24-1932 Wea. THUR. JULY 8, 1909 Ther. 330' slipped across the strile onto the dip less than 10° to the E. The [illegible] came in about 20' before the top and are with a road on east quarry, Over it lies the [illegible] Rima is egl, dipping East about 10°-15° and it's about 30 yards across the strike. Dalcotg 10 to 15 thick. Above it then is Highgate slate all the way E to the fall of the quads, on 1/4 miles across strike Park of the Rupa [illegible] drl egl, all is Parken Slate in line of strike of the Parken Cattle. Dal- cott reports it 20' thick. It's about 70 yards E of the fall in the road that the Lenpin slate begins, and extends E. The Middle Cambrian [illegible] just are unlike anything in the Parken and as Apotus seems here he there is unmistakably St. Albans. Besides the Two Trending egl. abs/ pure to St. Albans sequence. I am sure the Balcot Lenpin sequence paled and explained. He was badly misled by the schistose.
