Wea. SAT. JULY 3, 1909 Ther. rooked to road going W of Benjin Center to N- S road one mile S of Parkers Ledge. These lentic blocks go up to at least 15' in length At least four folds were seen under the Orantru cyl, and here is another one great. There may be more but these three were seen. In any event all the slates be- tween the Benjin and St. Albans is high fate. As the Orantru cyl meets both the Highgate slate and the lown dol., This contact shows an angular unconformity, but apparently the Orantru was folded after some time the Hellen rocks were folded = Taconic. Just how much the late Cambrian folding shows has is not determined. The uplim is plain indicated.
