On the south east of the quarry in Loma grand occurs much metamorphic and crushed Parian slate. Evidently the thrust plane about the Fonda Quarries is in the upper Challett or that the unevenness of the ground (Phillipsburg) would bring in different levels of the Challett and the Loma Parian.
However it may be more plausible than there are many minor local thrusts. In any event the grand over any unknown area which the Challett moved.
Then Challett north on a little rain to my old contact beside the road to Incintin. I now see that this may not be the major thrust, but is the Girrovali in the Challett? Certainly the overriding upper man is Girrovali and will down on the series near the marble horizon since there is considerable red color. The lower men is a marble and no such granular marble is known in the Loma Cambrian. Therefore some feel again to the view that it should be Phillipsburg's. Have taken a piece to tax for limestone kept on raining or I returned on the 10 P.M. train. It rained all evening and during the night.
