General Account
11 August Fairbanks - 0330 - spent the rest of
the "night" in my sleeping bag in
a patch of aspen trees along the road
a few hundred yards from the airport.
0730 - ate breakfast at the terminal,
hitch-hiked into town - then cut
to College. Spent rest of morning
talking to Bob Welder, Sig Olson,
Jim Brooks, Jones and others at the
State Fish and Game research station
on college. Spent the afternoon with
Brewa. Also saw Marilyn Henrie
for a few minutes.
2030 - Departed via Poughkeepsie for Seattle.
12 August - 1230 - arrived Oakland airport.
