T. Code 1958 General Account September - cont - microwolves. Numerous old holes in the edges of the trawgels and at base of the larger willow bushes. Ground dump. No fresh sign seen. 30 traps set out in an area 30 x 80 feet - all of them placed in trawgels. (4) area of "very lush "nitrophilous" grasses on the slope between the village and the creek by the air strip. Area is just below where dogs are kept. Old dog leashing area - old garbage dump - some old dwelling areas - ground well fertilized by organic materials. Numerous microwolves in a below tall groves - fresh droppings - piles - occur at intervals throughout. Almost Certainly inhabited by M. pleuronucus - very typical habitat for this microwolve. 15 traps set out in an area 20 x 60 feet. Similar grassy areas occur all about the village.
