General Account
Colville River
0145 at a spot about 2 miles above
the mouth of the Oolamnagovik. While
Bobby flew back to Unpait for the rest
of our supplies, we hiked over to the
bluff on the right limit (first one on
the right above the Oolamnagovik) and
found a pair of rough leg nesting.
Bobby returned at 0300 and departed
again at 0340. At 0550 we had
the boat (18ft Kalancago) assembled,
loaded, breakfast eaten, and were
ready to depart down river with a
new 61/2 horse kicker. Day bright
and clear. At 0605 we stopped at the
bluff on the left limit just above the
Oolamnagovik to look at rough leg nest.
Defeated jepper part of bluff at 0715 and
landed below at 0725 where Peregrines
were seen. Departed this station at 0930.
Pursed mouth of Oolamnagovik at 0934,
Stopped at 0945 at the first cliff on the
right limit below Oolamnagovik-peregrines.
At 1120 we moved on down to a pair of
rough leg ca 150 yds below. At 1225 we
defraited this station. Stopped at the
claypan by the long series of cut crops
on the left limit in bend of river. A
