1. Code 1958 General Account 18 July - cont- Andy Anderson came in in the afternoon with a passenger, a Mr. Titer, to wait for clear weather to Barter Island. Chester checked the traps again in the morning. 19 July, Umiat Spent part of the morning looking around in the territory of the shrikes for food remains. Then Chester and I took up the traplines. In the afternoon we helped Bob some with repairs on the weasel. Weather - mostly overcast with broken sky - some sun in the early afternoon. Salmon berries are beginning to ripen now - also a few blueberries are coloring as well as wild celery. 20 July Umiat - Chester and I took up the traps on T4 and T6 in the late morning. I skinned in the afternoon while Chester again helped with the weasel. In the afternoon I again visited the shrike territory. In the evening we took a ride in the weasel down by the dump and out along the river over the gravel bars away.
