23 June, Unniat, Alaska
Solid overcast all day with intermittent rain. Ran the trap lines in the morning and evening and stayed indoors the rest of the day.
24 June, Unniat, Alaska
Again overcast all day with intermittent rain. Ran the lines in the morning, skinned in the afternoon, and saw the lines and took up the traps in the evening.
25 June, Unniat
Overcast in the early morning but began to break up before noon and continued to clear all afternoon. By 2100 there is not a cloud in the sky—no wind either.
Set out traps on T6, 6 and 8 in the afternoon and skinned out some specimens.
26 June, Unniat
Ran the lines in the morning and evening and skinned in between times. Sky clear all day with just a few scattered cumulus clouds. Mosquitoes continue bad.
27 June
Ran lines in morning and evening. [illegible] spline a cable on right track of weasel, gave it a lub job, and changed the oil. Weather beginning to overcast in the evening. Set 2 squirrel traps along the road near T8.
