Cade 958 General Account 5 June the nace, clippings of queen Evie phoreum shoots, looked very much as they did at Wainwright yesterday - not quite so prevalent but nearly so. The fresh signs gradually diminishes toward Barrow and practically gives out in the immediate Barrow area - ca 5-10 miles out. We left the sand dune area of the Binnaw about 1630 and arrived back at Barrow at 2130. 6 June Spent the day in lab writing up notes, writing letters, gathering gear, checking a baiting troop, and making plans for out field trips for the next 2 weeks. Am sending Brock to the Meade River with Maher. I plan to go to Wainwright on Monday next. 7 June Spent the day in and around the lab. Henry Childs came in on the plane today, and we had some discussion with Brelves about how to get Hank over to Beaufort.
