Left camp #3 at 2200 and travelled for 10 hours. River does not improve much for travel. Web still walking. Got into some fast, white water, and Ben's boat capsized twice, striking each time. The first time, he was behind me, and I was able to gather up all the floating gear. All we lost were some canned goods & some C-rations. Second time he was ahead of me, and we lost everything that got out of the boat - some more food, a tent, paddle, hatchet, and some other items. His rifle stayed with the boat, and I was able
