"From Tower of the following. The attitude near the mouth of Deer Brook Bury is N.18 dr., dip 32 dr. About a mile southeast, N.50 dr., dip 18 S. Here there is a fine development of joints striking N.30 dr., and N.60 E, forming fine rhomboidal blocks, where the strata begin to stand in end just north of the second small brook going south from Deer Brook Bury. The strata have the attitude N.50 E., dip 80 dr., and following that the strike is anything but the dip is always southeast. Near the point where the first attitude was taken there is a system of parallel faults striking N.20 E., dip of fault planes 64E. The south side has been elevated totally a matter of 25 feet or less. Three fault planes were noted. "Associated with good Glenclues but a large design than one C.2 we got 3 good and many from Cyclacimidae. These are about twice as large as those collected yesterday in C.g.
