Parsons Pond Section
(1) 260 Unexp bauld interval.
(2) 42 frag sandy shale and then bedded ss. only up bauld.
Dip. 45S, 60E. This is just east of the eastern ridance.
(3) 180 Red shale and red jasper like chert. Dip. 50S, 70E.
(4) 18 Greenish dark grey shale.
(5) 30 Li. cryl, Pettle's Flat rock and ore ell.
(6) 14 Greenish dark gray cherty shale
(7) 18 Thin bedded dark colored li.
(8) 46 Dark greenish gray and cherty shale
(9) 17 Thin bedded (partly thinly) li. interbedded with dark shale

(10) 360 Unexp bauld interval
(11) 117 Dark gray shale with frequent thin lining lenses and with
layers of dark colored li. 4ft 8 inches thick. Knotoliths

This exposure ends at the point about 3/6 mile west of the
east ridance in the north shore. Crossing the wide one
(2) of crop, is a width across strata of 500 feet in which
the only exposure is about 30 feet. Greenish ss and shale
exposure near the middle of the west side of the one. Dip
