"The strata of Kelly, Little Belle Isle and Great Belle Isle may be early Ordovician time. In Baletts John 1889 he states that he got an Olenus at Lance Cove, Great Belle Isle which seems to make it Upper Cambrian. On p. 331 of Baletts John 1900 he points out that the Grenville from Cambria in them are that has been in the Smith formal section above the Hyolithes bed are not in the Grenville section. This is further proof of the heat between zone 5 and 6,"
