"The Aras' strata Rained some June 30 - 1910 Examined the Liluric strata to the east of Armdale as far as Marsby Hope. Stopping at Pattinsons at Armdale. Carried a little July 1 - 1910 Left Armdale by wagon for Barnes River and cameys Brook to see the Liluric. At 2 P.M. Mr. A.J. McDonald arrived with his wagon and we drove to Arcoady. Rained early in the morning and the ground is very wet. July 2 - 1910 With Williams and Troughtal reexamined the Liluric along the shore. Rained in the afternoon. July 3 - 1910 A fine Monday but because of the religious catholic people worked only in the afternoon. Looked at The Aras' Brook sectioner Between Barnes River and Antigonish on the south of the railway see hills of gypsum creating its fantastic forms. Some gypsum at no
