May 2 - 1901 Rained most of the day. Called at the Ex[change] in the morning and picked up in the afternoon. May 3 - 1901 Left [illegible] at 8.30 A.M. and arrived at Dunbury at 3.37 P.M. Will have to wait un- til tomorrow ten A.M. before can get a train to Lewistown. Stood at the Jeff House. May 4 - 1901 Started for Lewistown at 10 and arrived there by noon. Staying at the National Service. Spent the afternoon along the sec- tion line along the P.R.R. track east of Lewiston Junction station. Had a boy lay out section beginning in Ashbur- ton's Waterlime shale and ending in the Clinton Upper Shale.
