had lunch. Then went to Burlington
to see Prof Perkins, then on to
Rutland. Rained more en-
route.
At the hotel spent the evening with
Prof Beechbridge, who has a summer
home at Mt Philo. The Bard-
mote Hotel.

left Rutland at 9 A M. for
Bennington
The Trudon lime quarries are
in the Bell woods. There is a little
quarry at High gate springs, Dr
Tudy to section seen next Monday
served put up at Franklin Home at
