2 Song up From quartzite low 7' thick. Above flat of slate to quartz fine of sl., 24' across, dip 20° and add 3 for mine, the 20' mine across strike, mine dips 20° Their quartzite 6' thick. Slate sl. 12' across, dip 30° Black sh with lower quartzite about 35' across, dip 30° Thick quartzite & their coals. Slate sl. & slate old, 6' thick, shale detrit., cyl. det. 6' (mately) base of cliff above are open from Miss- issippian formation.
