Monday Aug 20 -1928 Walked 3 1/2 miles north towards Bretton Woods to see the President. Rays. Alright even cold morning, Read early Fath's Astronomy. Walked and talked most of the afternoon. Tuesday Aug 21-1928 Torn the back road to Bear Brook Bridge Path and then broke the woods to the Mount Washington golf links, drove by way of the railroad track, in the afternoon read all Smith's reply to Edith White. White should be ashamed to make the silly charges but he did Wednesday Aug 22 -1928 Rainy cold day. Read Corpen Pathfinder.
